The bad Foods For Prostate Cancer

There is some evidence that prostate cancer can be dangerous for men who eat a wide variety of foods. We will describe some of these foods. You don’t have to miss them completely. 1. Dairy Foods and Calcium.

For example, consuming large amounts of saturated fat may be associated with increased risk of prostate cancer (prostate cancer recurrence) and advanced prostate cancer after surgery. Replacing animal fat with vegetable oil helps people with prostate cancer to live longer.

Consuming too much fat can lift your weight and increase your risk of aggressive or advanced prostate cancer. However, some research studies have found no association between a really high fat diet and advanced prostate cancer.

3. Meat.

The effect of red and processed meat on men with prostate cancer is unclear, however, some research studies suggest that excessive eating may pose a risk for aggressive and advanced cancer of the prostate. Red meat consists of beef, pork meat and lamb. Processed meat is meat that is actually maintained with cigarette smoking, treating or salting or preservatives.
